Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Fragrances
Securely place the fragrance in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit and include your packing slip.
Attach Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
